RETURNS
Our policy for handling returns depends upon whether goods are faulty or not:
FAULTY GOODS
If you believe that you have received a product that is faulty then we ask you to return the product to us in order that we can test it. It would be helpful if you could provide a note explaining the fault in detail and a copy of your order. If it is found to be faulty we will ship you a replacement or give a refund and refund to you the cost of returning the product to us. You need to advise us of this cost so we know how much to refund.
If the product is found not to be faulty it is likely that you have either bought the wrong product or that it is not compatible with your equipment. In this case we will endevour to identify the correct product and supply this instead.
NON FAULTY GOODS - EXCLUDING CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS E.G. Special Lengths or Configurations.
If you decide within 7 days of receipt of a product that you do not want to keep them then they can be returned to us for a refund.
You may want to have a returned product replaced with an alternative product. If so then include a note with your return advising us of this.
When the product is received we will check it to make sure that it is in good condition. If this is the case then we will refund your card less the costs we incurred in processing the original order. This will be charged as follows:
UK Orders - £7.50 EU Orders - £12.50 USA and Canada Orders - £17.50 plus any import charges incurred.
Rest of the World - £23.00 plus any import charges incurred
NON FAULTY GOODS - GOODS MADE TO CONSUMERS PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS E.G. Special Lengths or Configurations.
Some of our products we offer will have to be made to your personal requirements. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns where these products are not faulty. This relates in particular to speaker cables which all have to be cut from a reel to your personal requirement.
HOW TO RETURN TO US
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods actually get back to us so we suggest that you use the signed recorded 1st class mail service. If you use a more expensive service and we are re-imbursing the postage cost we will not re-imburse more than the recorded 1st class mail cost.
If the goods are not faulty the cost of returning them is your responsibility.
